DESCRIPTION

Stores information about the Pentium Pro performance metric METRIC in each packet. In combination with PerfCountAccum, this lets you measure how the metric changes over the packet's lifetime.

NOTES

A packet has room for either exactly one cycle count or exactly one performance metric. Valid performance metric names are BUS_TRAN_INVAL, BUS_TRAN_MEM, DCU_MISS_OUTSTANDING, IFU_FETCH, IFU_FETCH_MISS, IFU_MEM_STALL, INST_RETIRED, L2_IFETCH, L2_LD, L2_LINES_IN, L2_LINES_OUT, L2_LINES_OUTM, and L2_RQSTS.
